Setting Up & Pre Ceremony Attendance

On your big day the last thing you want to worry about is did the flowers arrive or have the tables be decorated as I envisaged?
We will:
• Attend the venue (and church if required) to ensure everything is in place
• Dress your tables for you if required.
• Be there for when you arrive to ensure you are happy with the venue and supplier products.
• We will be on hand to ensure any last minute preparations are handled efficiently and will only leave when you are happy.

All day attendance 
We will be with you all day to ensure all your preparations go to plan and to:
• Co-ordinate all suppliers and venue arrangements
• Be with you at least an hour before the ceremony to go through any last minute questions you may have
• Make sure everyone in the wedding party knows where they should be and even that the Best Man has the rings!
• Be on hand throughout the day to offer co-ordination and advice right up until the speeches have been read and the cake cut.
