Following a meeting to discuss your venue requirements we will produce for you an in-depth breakdown of up to 5 venues that best fit your needs & budget. We will then attend the initial meeting with you. We ensure all the appropriate questions are asked so you can make sure you will be getting the best value and quality of service and you end up with the venue of your dreams.
Florists, photographers, cake, caterers, videographers, entertainment, marquees, invites, table plans & decorations ... the list goes on and even for a small event you will spend a great deal of time searching for the right suppliers to suit your budget and tastes. At Captivating Events we put together a list of up to three of each of your required suppliers’ best fitting your needs and will then if required attend initial meetings with you.
