How do we protect your personal information?
We have taken reasonable and proper steps to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your information. We store it securely and keep it for no longer than is reasonably necessary before it is destroyed. We require venues and exhibitors that we share personal information with, to confirm to us that they operate proper data protection policies before we provide them with any personal information. We destroy personal information within 12 months of collecting it.
